On my days off I usually wake up around... 11am. Yeah, I don't really eat breakfast on weekends. When I wake up I'm obviously hungry, so I like to prepare what I call my classic brunch toast. Something super quick that helps easy the hunger, at least until lunch.
What I usually use for it (2 servings):
- 2 Strips of Bacon (you could use more, IT'S BACON!)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Slices of cheese (choose your favorite)
- 2 Slices of Bread
- 1 Mini pack of Wholly Guacamole
- 1 Pinch of Pepper
- 1 Pinch of Salt
